When will my order be delivered?

As all Seabody’s orders are delivered by a 3rd party courier service, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. However, once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email so you always have the most up-to-date delivery information.


International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees*. For orders placed on our website, we make every effort to include the applicable duty and tax, however there may be additional local duties and taxes that are out of SEABODY’s control that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods.

For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only.

Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause delays. Please provide a valid recipient telephone number to avoid any further delays. This number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.

Returning an item

It’s our aim at Seabody to make returning an item as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased from our website, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer care by email at [email protected] for return authorisation form.

Seabody is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.

It can take up to 10 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them promptly. Refunds will automatically issue to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear back in your account.

As soon as our team has processed your return we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at [email protected]

Returning an item purchased from a stockist

Please contact the stockist that you purchased from directly for their returns policy
