Each capsule contains 235mg of  fucoidan, a marine bioactive that is found in the cell wall matrix of brown seaweeds, where seaweeds provides structural tissue support and protection from microbial attack, UV damage, desiccation and anchorage in the harsh intertidal marine environment in which it thrives.
